Go to the text, image, picture or whatever block you want to jump to when someone clicks something.
Click Advanced. Give some name to HTML Anchor.
Now go back to the place from where you want to navigate from that place. Select the text or something that you want to add a jump link. Click on the link button and give the name after the # symbol.
